Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GW999 online gaming platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, and related services accessible via the websitegw999.cam and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Eligibility

GW999 will not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 21 to hold an Account or place any wager.

GW999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification) at any time. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, GW999 will suspend the Account and withold any associated balance pending resolution.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

Members are responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. GW999 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

3.3 Mental Capacity

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are acting in your personal capacity, are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and are making an informed and voluntary decision to participate in online gaming activities.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to hold an Account or participate in any GW999 service:

• Individuals under the age of 21.
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from GW999 or from online gambling platforms generally, where that exclusion remains active.
• Employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and immediate family members of GW999 or any of its affiliated entities, where participation would give rise to a conflict of interest.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and participation would constitute a criminal offence.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on GW999, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested. This includes — but is not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and preferred payment method details.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. GW999 reserves the right to terminate any Account opened on the basis of inaccurate information and to withold any funds therein pending investigation.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on the GW999 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, GW999 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. GW999 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of funds arising from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify GW999 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that appropriate protective action can be taken.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

GW999 is required under the terms of its international licence and its internal anti-money laundering (AML) programme to conduct identity verification on Members. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad or equivalent passport) and may extend to proof of address and source of funds depending on transaction volume.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

GW999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. GW999 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges.

Only funds deposited by the Account holder using payment methods registered in their own name are accepted. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met: (a) the Account holder has completed KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Member's available real-money balance; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no open compliance flags.

GW999 targets the following indicative processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. 5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by membership tier. GW999 reserves the right to verify legitimacy of large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Members with elevated withdrawal limits may be required to provide additional documentation as part of the verification process.

5.5 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of funds deposited to GW999 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. GW999 will consider any chargeback as potential fraud, will suspend the associated Account immediately, and may pursue recovery of all funds including associated costs through available legal channels.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Promotional Offers") made available by GW999 are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Promotional Offers are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated at the point of offer and on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the nature of the offer. The contribution rate of different game types toward wagering requirements varies; sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain slot and table game types may contribute at lower rates.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

GW999 reserves the right to withold or cancel any Promotional Offer, and to void any associated winings, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Member has engaged in conduct designed to exploit or abuse the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement; use of multiple accounts to claim promotion more than once; and coordinated wagering between related accounts.

6.4 Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire within thirty (30) days of being credited to the Account. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance without further notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

GW999 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide justification. This discretion may be exercised in cases of suspected fraud, system error, manifest pricing error, or where a bet has been placed in violation of applicable rules.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event type, and Member tier. GW999 may adjust individual player stake limits at its discretion without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet shall be declared void in the following circumstances: an event is abandoned or cancelled without a result being declared; a bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced in circumstances not constituting in-play wagering; a manifest pricing or data error has occurred; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets are returned to the Member's Account balance as real-money funds.

7.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. GW999 operates a brief suspension window when processing live bet requests during high-activity periods. Bets placed during a suspension window may be rejected. GW999 bears no liability for any losses arising from the inability to place in-play bets during platform suspension periods.

7.5 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on GW999 use independently certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee any particular outcome within a single session. Past game outcomes do not influence future results.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GW999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape odds data, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in match fixing, event manipulation, or collusive wagering with other Members or third parties to derive an unfair advantage.

• Using payment methods registered to third parties, or processing payments on behalf of other individuals through your Account.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of wagering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where such access constitutes a criminal offence.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive conduct directed at GW999 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Circumventing platform access restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means where such circumvention is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the GW999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game assets — is the proprietary intellectual property of GW999 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content; reverse engineering any software component; creating derivative works; or using Platform assets for any commercial purpose.

Unauthorised use of GW999's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action for infringement.

Privacy & Data

GW999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

GW999 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unafiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or the terms of our operating licence.

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GW999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, GW999 accepts no liability for losses arising from: (a) interruptions or outages to the Platform caused by force majeure, system maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failure; (b) transmission delays or data loss attributable to internet service providers or payment intermediaries; (c) the decisions and outcomes of sporting events or casino game results; (d) inaccurate information provided by the Member during registration or KYC.

GW999's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Member

Members may close their Account at any time by contacting GW999 support via live chat or email. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all active bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method on record.

13.2 Termination by GW999

GW999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withold associated funds pending investigation, the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Discovery that an Account was registered on the basis of false information.
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement mandating Account closure.

Where an Account is terminated by GW999 for legitimate breach of Terms, any bonus funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money deposits (net of any fraudulently obtained winings) will be returned following the completion of any necessary investigation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GW999 holds its operating licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of GW999's licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to contact GW999 support to attempt resolution through our internal complaints process. We commit to acknowledging formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

GW999 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in respect of disputes arising from these Terms. Malaysian players are reminded that they access the Platform at their own risk under their own legal assessment of applicable local laws.

Amendments

GW999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the effective date of any update. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

We recommend that all Members periodically review this page to remain informed of any changes. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to our support team.
